Our lives improve only when
we take chances —
and the first and most difficult
risk we can take is
to be honest with ourselves.

Fish! Catch The Energy, Release The Potential
Seattle's World Famous Pike Place Fish is an otherwise ordinary fish market that's extraordinarily successful. The work is hard and the hours are long yet the employees make a personal choice to bring amazing passion, playfulness, commitment, and a positive attitude to work every day.

People watch FISH! once because it's fun, but they watch it over and over because it's fundamental to satisfying work and delighted customers. That is why thousands of organizations worldwide, such as Saturn, Sprint, and Southwest Airlines, have adopted its vital message.

FISH! has created a new vocabulary of what our jobs could be about. It's so simple that it's profound. It won't just change how you view work; but it may change how you view life.

Fish Sticks! Keeping The Vision Alive
Lots of organizations have visions...on the wall. But at Pike Place Fish, the employees bring their unique vision to life on the floor of their workplace every day.

What could we accomplish in our own work if we had that kind of dedication? This video takes you back to the fish market to discover that the fishmongers keep their passion and playfulness alive through a deep, daily and very personal commitment.

Imagine a culture where all of your employees — not just management — take personal responsibility for regenerating the vision every day. Where workers want to coach each other in a way that will help them live the vision more effectively. With FISH! STICKS, such an environment is not just possible but inevitable!

Who Moved My Cheese?
This workshop presents a simple parable that helps people deal with change and the fears that often accompany change. By overcoming their fears, individuals and organizations come to enjoy more success in their work and in their lives. This workshop can help your organization during these rapidly changing times.

Principles Of Professionalism
What does it mean to be professional? If your organization has been struggling with this question, then this is the workshop for you! This fun and interactive workshop gives your employees the opportunity to reflect on professional behavior in the workplace and make their own guidelines about being professional. At the conclusion of the workshop, Mind Seed creates a document called the "Principles of Professionalism" that are unique to your organization.

Communication In The Workplace
This educational workshop is a great foundation in the art of communication. Many of us do our best to communicate with those around us, but everyone can benefit from specific tips, reminders, and guidelines about how to communicate with others in the workplace. After this workshop a client said, "When I used the 5-step message that I learned in the workshop, someone I usually butt heads with all the time did what I asked him to do. It was amazing!"

Conflict Resolution And Team Building

Every aspect of team performance is jeopardized when conflict goes unresolved. But often times, team members are afraid to talk about conflict. This workshop offers several appropriate and healthy methods of addressing conflict in the workplace and encourages conflict resolution. By learning about the nature of conflict and better understanding the diverse personal styles of handling conflict, team members are better suited to work together as a productive, happy, and healthy team.
